Ninh Bình Football Club (Vietnamese: Câu lạc bộ bóng đá Ninh Bình), formely known as Phu Dong and Phu Dong Ninh Bình, is a Vietnamese professional football club based in Ninh Bình , Vietnam. The club currently competes at the V.League 1, the top tier of Vietnamese football after promotion from the 2024–25 V.League 2.
